Abstract:
This proposal aims to develop a comprehensive governance analytics dashboard for Aladdin DAO called Gov Navigator. The project addresses the current challenge of fragmented governance information by consolidating delegate performance metrics, voting analytics, and proposal tracking into a single, user-friendly interface. The dashboard will serve as a centralized hub for tracking and visualizing Aladdin DAO’s governance activities, covering three main areas:
- High-Level Governance Metrics
- Delegate Analytics
- Proposal Tracking and Analysis
Motivation:
While Aladdin’s governance has made positive strides with governance initiatives, the ecosystem still faces challenges with fragmented information. Token holders must compile delegate data from multiple sources, and there’s a lack of standardized performance metrics. Gov Navigator will complement these existing governance improvements by providing analytical tools that further empower the community to participate effectively.
